I am not someone who usually writes thank-you notes however, I can not even begin to tell you how happy my husband and I are for the phenomenal job Mark did on our pool sticks. We really love the way Mark patiently walked us through the entire process of planning what we wanted in our sticks from the selection of woods, wraps, inlays and tips we would need. We especially like the way he has distributed the weight through out the stick rather than all in one end. That balance for me has certainly made a difference on how I stroke and follow through with the execution of the shot I am making. When the sticks were completed, Mark went the extra mile by telling us if we were unhappy in anyway that he would do everything he could to make this one of the best investments we ever made. Mark was very patient and thorough explaining and showing me his product. I ended up with a beautiful cue stick, custom for me.
